Baked Provisions originally began in Perth under the name Bread Provisions, and were solely creating traditional Vietnamese rolls. The company soon expanded and began producing pies, savoury pastries and other sweet products and changed their name to Baked Provisions to reflect their expanding portfolio. Baked Provisions is now located in New South Wales, Victoria, ACT, southern Queensland and Western Australia.
In a bid to combat rising electricity costs and better manage their electricity usage, Baked Provisions contacted Infinite Energy to install their solar PV system. The system uses Canadian solar panels, and will produce 160, 875 kWh of clean energy each year and greatly reducing energy overheads.
