Established in 2012, Niche Food Microbiology began as a microbiology consultancy firm servicing the food industry.
Five years on, NFM has forged strong relationships with customers in a range of fields including cheesemakers, cake and dessert makers, egg producers, small goods producer, and manufacturers of ready to eat meals.
With a staff of 13, NFM provides a broad scope of food testing accreditations and a unique reputation for bundling testing with personal advice, service and feedback.
Wanting to reduce costs at their purpose-built modern laboratory on the south side of Brisbane, NFM begun their investigation into solar. After lengthy investigation, Infinite Energy were chosen as NFM’s preferred solar provider.
In August 2017, we designed and installed a 27.141kW SunPower system that will substantially reduce NFM’s electricity bills.
