Encompassing over 1,000sqkm, the City of Swan one of the largest local governments in the Perth metro area. The City’s Depot provides much needed waste and recycling services for local residents. In an effort to make their Depot more sustainable, the City of Swan issued a tender for the supply and installation of a 40kW solar system. Infinite Energy was successful in the tender, and was commissioned to install the solar system.
Installed in February 16, the system will reduce their grid electricity consumption by 64,500kWh per yeah, and reduce their carbon emissions by 44 tones.
