Real Estate developer, Prime West aims to set the benchmark for commercial developments with their new eight-story, A-grade office development Prime House, in the Joondalup CBD. Anticipated to bring over 800 new employees to the area, the development will be tenanted by three Government departments - Water, Environmental Regulation and the Office of the Environment Protection Authority.
