Founded in 1971, Coogee has established a significant foothold in Australia's chemical industry. As a proudly privately owned WA company, Coogee produces a diverse range of industrial, mineral and agricultural processing chemicals, for domestic and overseas markets.
At its headquarters in Kwinana Beach, Coogee operates its Bulk Liquid Terminal Facilities which hosts the largest companies in the fuel market, in addition to its Sulphuric Acid Terminal which is the largest acid storage facility in the southern hemisphere.
In order to reduce their electricity bills and become more competitive, Coogee undertook a detailed and extensive solar selection process. Infinite Energy were eventually chosen to design, engineer, procure and construct two solar PV systems, 100kW and 40KW in size.
Together, the systems significantly reduce Coogee's carbon footprint and its grid supplied electricity consumption.
