For the past three decades, Attfield Tavern has been providing Maddington locals with a restaurant, sports bar and TAB, in addition to a Bottlemart drive-through bottle shop. With weekly highlights like Friday Night Karaoke and Saturday Night Poker, Attfield Tavern is a popular destination for visitors and locals alike.
Looking to reduce their electricity consumption, Attfield Tavern decided investing in solar was their most economically viable option. This, in addition to helping the environment meant the decision to incorporate solar generated electricity was an easy one.
Following a feasibility assessment, Infinite Energy recommended the installation of a high quality 40kW system, taking into account the available roof space at the site. The tavern also opted for solar and grid consumption monitoring, allowing for real-time monitoring of solar generated electricity, including self-generated and exported power, as well as grid consumption.
