The Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) issued a tender for the supply and installation of a 40kW Solar system to their Transport/Logistics Building in Carlisle. Infinite Energy was successful in the tender for the works and has commissioned a high quality solar system with remote monitoring of solar production and grid electricity usage.
The DMP are now enjoying the benefits of reduced electricity costs at their site as well as data on their electricity usage which can result in further efficiencies.
As a result of the installation they have also reduced their reliance on grid supplied electricity and the resultant greenhouse gas emissions.
