Established in 1977, Pindan has grown to become an iconic Western Australian brand in the construction industry, now in the top 20 nationally. With headquarters in Belmont, the Pindan operation is well diversified across residential and commercial construction, as well as asset management, project management services and hospitality.
Pindan engaged Infinite Energy to review its electricity consumption at the Belmont headquarters and in so doing, proceeded with a quality commercial solar system on its premises. Environmental credentials and taking meaningful steps towards sustainability were an important consideration in Pindan’s endorsement of this project.
Knowing the construction business intimately, Infinite Energy’s project management experience and attention to detail were key factors in executing the project with excellence. With some preparatory site works to be conducted, engagement with many of Pindan’s departments and stakeholders was necessary. Infinite Energy’s ability to coordinate across functions and with external third parties at Pindan was testament to our ability to deliver turn-key solutions.
Market leaders take positions of leadership thanks to their forethought and propensity to innovate. By solar powering the Belmont headquarters, Pindan has continued in this tradition and is continuing to make a name for itself as a leader in the construction industry.
